Feedback from Meeting Planners ...

"Your Program By Far Has Been the Most Talked About and Remembered!"

I have brought in speakers from Covey to Dr. Bob Arnot from CBS News, and your program by far has been the most talked about and remembered!

"Every Single One of My Chapters Told Me Your Presentation Was the Best!"

Every single one of my chapters that you have spoken to have told me that your presentation was the best that they have seen and listened to."

"They Actually Participated, Laughed, and Loved it!"

Our management is very conservative, but you
were able to melt it way.  I have to admit I was hesitant to what their reaction would be to your interactive program.  They actually participated, laughed, and loved it!

What a boost to the program planner!

"None Have Left Me With Such a Sense of Uplift, Happiness, and Everything is Going to Be 'Great' as Tony Brigmon!"

What We Wanted:
As Executive Director of the Sales and Marketing Association of Los Angeles, I am responsible for providing speakers for our organization and had arranged for many speakers over the years to speak to our members.  My challenge for this particular meeting was to find something *different*, something our attendees had NEVER seen before, yet something that would really leave them feeling uplifted and energized.  That's what we wanted.

 What We Got:
I have heard many 'motivational' speakers during the past 36 years of serving as Executive Director of SME, but none have left me with such a sense of uplift, happiness, and everything is going to be 'great' as Tony Brigmon.

"An 'Answered Prayer' In More Ways Than One!"

What We Wanted:
Wearing the hat of Co-Chair for a Region Six VPP Safety Conference is no small task, believe me!  Our situation was this: we had several hundred VPP members at our annual conference who are rather hard to please ... especially if the speaker is not some kind of professional athlete!

Our challenge was how to end our conference with a *bang*, and at the same time send our people home motivated about team building and safety.

And whoever the speaker was for that closing spot, he was going to have to follow Roger Staubach, Hall of Fame Dallas Cowboys Quarterback!

I had never heard Tony Brigmon in person, and had to rely on the trusted advice of a Speakers Bureau, who assured me that Tony was the *perfect match* for this kind of challenge.

What We Got:
Tony was simply marvelous.  He was an *answered prayer* in more ways than one.  He communicated well with us prior to the engagement and was organized, an important consideration for any organization in hiring Tony.

He was a real pro. Once he got to our conference, he relaxed me, expressing confidence that everything was going to be a success.

His presentation took off, with a lot of us attentive and curious as to what a "non-sports figure" could possibly talk about. Like I said, Roger Staubach, Dallas Cowboys Hall of Fame Quarterback, had spoken at this same conference prior to Tony and was very well received.

Tony totally moved the crowd to participate.  I never saw anything like it.  At one point, he had our membership interacting in fun, with over 3600 handshakes, high-five's, and even hugs, given out!

After he concluded, Tony turned to me and asked, "Well, what do you think?"  I nodded in satisfaction and gave him a big hug in appreciation.

He was exactly what I wanted to close our conference out, getting our membership back to their facilities, pumped up about spreading the word of team building and of being more safe employees.

I would highly recommend Tony as a *closing session* for any organization.  His presentation is non-forgettable!  Comments are still coming in about how this was the most successful Region Six VPP Conference!

"Got Everything We Asked For and More!"

What We Wanted:
Accelerated Development Systems, Inc. has as its focus the reduction of human error through the behavior based safety process. At our annual User's Conference we bring in clients who are engaged in our process. The people who attend our conference are a mixture of hourly employees, middle and upper management, and support personnel.

At our first conference we had Tony deliver the opening motivational speech that set the tone for our training effort. He was exceptionally productive in his efforts and very well received by all present.

For our second conference we needed someone who could open the conference with a motivational, yet instructive format to get participants engaged and ready for new training concepts.

In addition, we were looking for this same person to summarize the training concepts presented, and open the doors to the excitement and energy needed to continue the momentum established by the conference. Once again, we called on Tony.

What We Got
:
We got everything we asked for and more. Tony is the type of person who engages his audience in such a way that they immediately become involved, and easily incorporated the positive feelings that are so much a part of his personality and presentation.

Participants stop asking "Why can't we get our coworkers involved?" and start to understand "How we can engage them through positive and productive interactions.

We continue to hear compliments on Tony's presentations as we visit our client sites. Tony truly offers more than a momentary "emotional hype."

He's a wonderful teacher and his inspirational message is understandable and transferable in the field. He has given a great deal to our organization and we are appreciative and grateful to him.

"Exceeded Our Expectations!"

What We Wanted:

We needed a keynote speaker for our composing department annual meeting, where we bring in our local and out-of-town employees (approx. 135 people this year). We needed a speaker who was motivational but not boring. We had heard Tony at our company-wide Customer Focus meeting earlier this year and had to have him back based on his earlier success.

 What We Got:
Tony exceeded our expectations. He was effective because (1) he was very humorous; (2) his material was not controversial; (3) he had excellent motivational material; (4) he filled exactly the time slot that was prescribed; (5) our people related to him; and (6) he made us feel . . . gooooood!

"BY FAR, The Best Speaker I've Ever Brought In!"

What We Wanted:
Our 185 male and female communicators came to the Fall Conference to be ente
rtained, informed and transformed by the magic of the Toastmasters experience. Much of this responsibility falls to our keynote speaker, who sets the tone and the standard for ensuing presenters throughout a day of educational sessions, contests, and recognition speakers. We wanted a speaker who was FUN for the audience, professional, accomplished and had a tie-in to our site, at an aerospace museum.

What We Got:
Tony Brigmon was INCREDIBLE.  He surpassed all expectations for what a keynote can do for an event.

Not only was Tony FUN for the audience, he was fun to plan with.  His well conceived web site, clarity on his own needs, and flexibility in helping us have the most successful experience made him, BY FAR, the best speaker I've ever brought in. (I've brought speakers to NSA and MPI events and can tell you unequivocally that Tony was phenomenal to work with.)

Audience members throughout the day told me he was the best speaker we'd brought to the District in many, many years.  They found him credible, likeable and believable.  Tony helped our attendees feel better about themselves and their jobs.  He gave us coping techniques and left smiles on all our faces.

His gentle demeanor, clean humor and genuine delivery made him accessible, applaudable and most recommendable.  What a prince.  From his innovative introduction to his music and stories, we were hooked.

My recommendations to planners, just don't make the mistake I made of booking his return flight before audience members could meet him personally and connect further with Tony after he came off stage.

In my book, Tony Brigmon will always be The Ambassador of Fun!  Thank you Tony, for helping our momentum take flight at the Western Aerospace Museum. You were fabulous.

"Not since Hyrum Smith, CEO of Franklin-Covey, Have We Had Such An Engaging, Entertaining, and Educational Speaker!"

What We Wanted:
CASE is an international association of education advancement officers, who include alumni administrators, fundraisers, public relations managers, publication editors, and government relations officers.

CASE's membership includes more than 2,900 colleges, universities, and independent elementary and secondary schools in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and 27 other countries. This makes CASE the largest nonprofit education association in terms of institutional membership. We serve some 28,000 advancement professionals on the staffs of our member institutions and have 14,250 member representatives on our roster.

The Keynote presenter sets the tone for the conference. Our goals for this conference were "FEMM" -- Fun, Educational, Make Money. Tony embodied the first two of those goals (and was a comparative bargain against speakers that we've had in the past).

What We Got:
I would whole-heartedly endorse Tony Brigmon as a speaker for any group, anywhere, anytime!  This was one of the most talked about speakers in the past three years.  Not since Hyrum Smith, CEO of Franklin-Covey, have we had such an engaging, entertaining, and educational speaker.  Tony was outstanding!

Dear Meeting Planner

You need the peace of mind - the confidence that comes from hiring a proven keynote speaker to help you achieve your goal of having a fun, powerful meeting experience for your attendees.

This is especially true if your last speaker did not meet or exceed your expectations

This may be the most important page you'll read before your next conference.

As you know, the single most aspect of your job as a Meeting Planner is to produce results - results that benefit your company and its associates and the customers your company serves.

Research shows that to have maximum effect, meetings must be:

  • Fun (attendees must ENJOY themselves)
  • Relaxed and stress-free (attendees must be able to BE themselves)
  • Of VALUE to the attendees (messages must make sense and be doable)
  • Able to produce ENERGY to stimulate creativity (attendees must feel energized afterwards)

The more of these factors that are present, the better the learning, retention and application of the information presented in the meeting.

That's exactly where I come in.  I have helped more than 1700 Meeting Planners, nationally and internationally, enliven their meetings and accomplish their goals!

Through the use of interactive fun, true stories and entertaining activities, the attendees will be more receptive to the messages they hear, retain more of the information presented, and become more committed to act on what they hear.
