Meeting Information Form / Letter of Agreement

You may request the Meeting Information Form by emailing Tony Brigmon at tonybrigmon@gmail.com 

Upon receipt of the form, please provide Tony with any information you feel will help him personalize the humor and tailor his messages to the world of your attendees.

Please share anything you feel will help Tony make this event one of the most memorable ever!  Then email the attach information back to tonybrigmon@gmail.com  

Upon receipt of this information, Tony will review it and email it back to you as the Letter of Agreement, along with Honorarium Invoice, AV Requirements, Speaker Introduction, 200 Word Bio (for your program flyers, etc.), and a current head-shot (jpeg) should you need it.
